Bio
Ryan Saab is the Executive Vice President of Talent & Creative Casting for RWS Global, with over 15 years of experience in entertainment operations, creative development and talent casting. He leads the entertainment strategy and talent casting for a diverse range of live events and oversees 100+ productions and casts over 5,000 singers and dancers across a large portfolio of clients including cruise lines, amusement parks, resorts and live sporting events.

Ryan also founded ARC, a New York-based casting powerhouse responsible for over 1,000 film, television and commercial projects, and more than 150 Broadway productions. Currently overseeing casting strategy for Disney’s The Lion King – Broadway and National Tour, Chicago the Musical – Broadway and National Tour and The Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes (to name a few).
