Stephen Gelpi is a seasoned entertainment professional with nearly 15 years of experience in talent casting, training, and operations within the theme park industry.
Stephen's journey began at SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment, where he honed his skills in Entertainment Operations and Production after studying Music & Theatre at The University of Miami. His passion for creating memorable experiences led him to various roles within SeaWorld San Diego.
As a Talent Casting Director for Disney Live Entertainment, he has been instrumental in identifying and sourcing talent for in-park entertainment offerings and resort-wide special events across Disneyland, Walt Disney World, and the Tokyo Disney Resort. In his last efforts in role, Stephen served as Casting Director for the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, helping bring to life the new and immersive theatrical experience.
In his current role, Stephen supports the creation and execution of global outreach and recruitment strategies aimed at introducing DLE performance opportunities to a new generation of storytellers.

Lindsay began her early training in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and graduated from the Randolph College for the Performing Arts in Toronto. Credits include Celebrity Cruise Lines, Beauty and the Beast, High School Musical, White Christmas, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, and A Chorus Line.
She joined Disney Cruise Line as a Resident Choreographer, playing a key role in launching Frozen, A Musical Spectacular on the Disney Wonder and choreographing the dynamic new production Victrophonics that can be seen throughout the fleet.
Now a Casting Director for Disney Live Entertainment, Lindsay oversees the casting for Disney Cruise Line. Her projects include the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, the inaugural cast of the Disney Treasure, and the upcoming Disney Destiny. Passionate about fostering talent, she is dedicated to creating exciting opportunities for artists worldwide.
